	Philip C. Sproger Vice President and General Manager Mr. Sproger has 25 years of diverse management experience with Air Products. Prior to his current position, he was director of Investor Relations. In addition, he managed Air Products' customer service organization and held a variety of positions in the company's Gases and Equipment Group's standard plants, on-sites, HYCO, environmental and energy systems, packaged gases, and tonnage gases businesses both here and abroad. Mr. Sproger received a chemical engineering degree from The Pennsylvania State University.
	Gretchen E. Pendleton PHR, Vice President of Human Resources Ms. Pendleton has over 17 years of experience, including her most recent position as Director, Global Workforce Strategies with SCT Corp. She has worked in the Manufacturing, Financial Services and Information Technology Industries, with extensive experience in recruiting. In addition to her B.S. in Business from Charter Oak College in Connecticut, she earned her M.S. in Human Resources Development from Villanova University.
	Roger Miller Chief Operating Officer Roger has 29 years of healthcare business experience, with 22 years in the home healthcare industry. He joined Air Products Healthcare in 2003 with the acquisition of his Chicago-based business DependiCare. Roger's most recent role was in the Global Product Management organization, where he led product development efforts for oxygen therapies. Roger has a B.A. in Math and Economics from Gettysburg College and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
